Eventing Canterbury Inc "Membership" until 30 June 2011 for $5  
 
You can become a member of Eventing Canterbury Online now by following the instructions below. 
Login (or Register if you have not already) go to Member Menu and click on Membership, Click on add member and your name will majically appear, Click pay now, add others or Check out and pay with your Credit Card and you are done. You will then have access to Committee Documents, Have voting rights at meetings and will be kept up to date with the latest happenings of the group. Please fill in your contact details as you will be sent a Member (WOF size) sticker for your car.
As a member of Eventing Canterbury you are expected to assist with the operations of the group. 
If you wish to ride at the National Equestrian Centre NZCT Training ground you will need either a "Rider Membership" $120 or a "Day Pass" $20.

Memberships for the NZCT Training Ground  are now available.
 
1) login on this site if you have previously registered, or "Register" if you have not.
Under the "Member menu" click on "Membership".
Click on "Add Member" if its for yourself or type first and last name if paying for a member of your family or group.
Select either "membership" or "rider member" for each member you add.
"Select pay now"
Read the Terms and Conditions of being a member or rider member. Check the box that you have read and agreed and then click "Check out"
Pay by credit card and you are done.

Memberships are valid until the 30 June 2010.
  
 
Rider members Terms and Conditions. 
 

Eventing Canterbury Inc "Day Pass"  $20 per guest.
 
You can now book and pay for a Daypass at the NZCT Eventing Canterbury Training Ground Online.

If a Rider Member wishes to take a guest to ride with at the training ground, you can, by booking and paying online. 

All you need to do is login (register if you have not already) and under "Member Menu" Click on Day Pass. Either The "Rider Member" or the "Guest" can do this.

Add the "Guests Name" and which rider member you are accompanying, "Select date" (Clicking on small blue box. A calendar will appear.)

You can add more dates or guests then when happy select "Pay Now". Check terms and conditions then "Checkout", Pay by Credit Card and you are done.

This needs to be done BEFORE you go to the grounds.  

To see who will be coming to the ground and on which day, click on Day Passes on the main menu.

A Rider Member list is on the new notice board at the grounds. If you see anyone riding at the training ground that is not a "Rider Member" and not on the day pass list, please let me know.

Anyone can visit the grounds as a coach or supporter but ONLY "Rider members" and those with "Day passes" can be mounted.
