Notifications of withdrawal from an event must be given to the Event Secretary (Donald Thomson 03 342 9221) prior to the commencement of the event.

 

1) If a horse is withdrawn with 7 days notice or more of the event, the entry fee will be refunded in full less a $2 administration fee. 

 

2) If the withdrawal is made in writing more than 48 hours before the commencement of the event, but less than 7 days, the entry fee will be refunded less 20%.

 

3) There will be no refund for a withdrawal made within 48 hours of the commencement of the event except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Organising Committee.

4) Horse substitutions can be made at any time prior to its start time. No horse substitution can be made during the event or after the start time. 

 

5) Vet certificates are NOT required for any of the above.
