  • Register and complete details
  • Add Horses 
  • Select Events

First you need to register. You only need to do this once then the system will store your details for all future Bookings.

Remember your Login and Password for future bookings.

If you have not Logged into this site before the you will need to do so.

Under the "Registration Login" Menu you will see a link saying "No account yet? "

Click on Register and fill out the form you are given.

Once you have done that click on "Register at the bottom of the page"

You will be sent an email to the address that you put in as your "email address"

This is to verify that it is actually a valid email address and that you have access to it.

You will be sent an email from Eventing Canterbury Titled " ESNZ Eventing Canterbury - Your Registration is Pending Approval"

Click on the first link in this email and by doing so it will confirm to us you are who you say and the system will allow you to Login for the first time.

When you do this you will see your profile page. If you click "EDIT" on this page you can then change your contact details etc.

You will also see a new "Member Menu"

Under this you will see the following sub menu's.

- My Horses

- My Cart

- My Schedule

If you are the person paying for bookings then you need to add the Horses in your Family or Group that you will be booking for.

If you have gone to My Horses and cannot see a box to enter your horse/rider press F5 on your Keyboard to refresh the page.

Once you have done this and have entered your  horses you can now proceed to make a booking.

Go to the "bookings" menu under the main menu.

Choose an Event from the list that you see that are available for bookings now.

You will see that on some days you have the choice of more than one Arena.

You can look at both of the lists and decide which Arena you wish to compete in and which one has the time you wish to start.

Select the time from the available ones and Click "Register Now"

You can then select from a drop down list the "Rider Member" and "Horse" you wish to book for this time. These drop down lists are from the Eventing Canterbury "Rider Members" List and "Horses" you entered earlier.

If your Rider is Not a "Rider Member" then add Their/Your name. 

If you did not add a "Horse"  you will be prompted to do so.

Once you are happy with this selection press "Add to Cart" Option.

This will reserve your time selection so no one else can purchase it while you chose other events and times to add to your cart.

If you take more than TEN minutes from the time you added the last selection to your cart and the time you complete payment, your bookings will be placed back on the list for others to purchase and your transaction will not be complete.

Once you are happy with your selections you need to read the terms and conditions and click on the box next to check out to indicate you have.

You can press "Check Out". From here this will take you to a credit card processing centre called DPS. Enter your Credit Card Details to complete the transaction.

You can then return to your "My Schedule" menu and you will see your bookings.

You will be sent an email to confirm everything has been processed
